CCS is launching Politics of Development (POD), a two-day immersive residential course specially curated for a batch of curious individuals like you looking for answers to such questions and striving to find solutions for the same!
At POD we will be discussing the fundamental role played by politics, whether in perpetuating poverty or supporting inclusive development. The program includes lectures by domain specialists, policymakers and policy enthusiasts, supplemented with games, movies, and presentations.
Our aim through POD is to give you a deep-dive into how history, vested interests and the pulls of electoral democracy shape our policy, and what can be done to empower citizens.
