Berlin, 10 May 2021 – Raue has advised shareholder and managing director Detlef Wintzen on the sale of his shares in insglück Gesellschaft für Markeninszenierung mbH to RSBG SE.
insglück is one of the leading PR and event agencies with offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. Since 2001, insglück stands for targeted, exceptional conception and creation as well as professional implementation of activities in live and corporate communication. In the course of the new partnership, the agency will expand its creative and digital competence even more, push internationalization and actively develop new business areas. insglück will continue to be managed by Detlef Wintzen (CEO), Christian Poswa (COO), Christoph Kirst (CCO) and Frederik Nimmesgern (Director Concept & Strategy).
RSBG SE is an investment company of the RAG Foundation based in Essen. Founded in 2014, the company sees itself as a long-term partner to medium-sized companies and uses a buy-and-build strategy to invest in successful SMEs.
