Mayer Brown represents Multibank Inc. in financing two credit facilities

Mayer Brown represented Panama’s Multibank Inc., as borrower, in a $100 million unsecured credit facility with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and a $200 million unsecured credit facility with HSBC Bank USA, National Association and Banco Latinioamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A..

In both transactions, the loans were used to refinance the borrower’s indebtedness in respect of existing 4.375 percent senior notes due 2022.
