Mayer Brown represented global chemical company, Synthomer PLC, in connection with the proposed sale of its laminates, films and coated fabrics businesses to Surteco North America, Inc. for approximately $255 million. The sale is expected to be completed in Q1 2023, subject to the satisfaction of all conditions to closing.
