Mayer Brown advises Inspirit Capital on the acquisition of Babcock’s Civil Training business

Mayer Brown advised Inspirit Capital, a UK based PE investment fund, in connection with its acquisition of the Civil Training business of Babcock International plc.

Babcock’s Civil Training business provides apprenticeships and adult education services to a range of global, blue-chip clients, including FTSE 100 and 250 Companies.
