With the recent hire of Shivani Sinha as a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice and the incoming of Krishnayan Sen in the Disputes Resolution space, the Firm has boosted its Partner count to 60 and inducted fresh recruits taking the total count to 320 members.
Sinha, a prodigy in restructuring and finance matters joins Luthra from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and earlier worked with Link Legal. A graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Shivani has represented some of the largest banks and financial institutions before the various High Courts and tribunals in high stake and complex restructuring and finance matters.
To add to its growth trajectory, L&L Partners has inducted twenty (20) Counsel at Managing Associate and Associate levels in general corporate, TMT, capital markets, banking & finance, indirect tax, competition, dispute resolution, and restructuring & finance domains.
