Linklaters has advised the Vodafone Group on the sale of an additional 10% stake in Oak Holdings 1 GmbH, which controls Vantage Towers AG. The transaction is valued at 1.3 billion euros.
With this further sale, the 50:50 joint venture with the consortium of long-term infrastructure investors led by Global Infrastructure Partners and KKR, which was intended when the joint venture was established, is achieved.
As a result, the net proceeds for Vodafone from the sale of Vantage Towers amount to a total of 6.6 billion euros.
