Linklaters advises Qatar Investment Authority on its investment into Singapore-based marketing tech company Insider

Linklaters advised Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) on its lead investment in Insider, a Singapore-incorporated software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of AI-driven advertising solutions, with a presence in 28 countries worldwide.

Insider has raised US$121m in this Series D funding round led by QIA at a valuation of US$1.22bn. With this fundraising milestone, Insider has also become one of a few female-led SaaS unicorns in the world.

Other investors in the funding round included Sequoia Capital, Riverwood Capital, 212 Capital Partners, Wamda Capital, Esas Private Equity and Endeavor Catalyst.

The transaction was led by Singapore-based private equity partner Robert Elliot.
