Linklaters has advised Penta Real Estate, a leader in the real estate market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, on the sale of 100% shares in the share capital of the SPV that owns an undeveloped plot situated in a top location of Warsaw city centre, at Miedziana street. The purchasers are Lincoln Property Company together with investment group ENERN.
This plot together with neighbouring projects under development are to contribute to redefining the Wola district into the true business heart of Warsaw.
Transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska, of counsel from Linklaters Warsaw real estate practice, supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (senior associate) and Katarzyna Grodzka (junior associate).
