Linklaters has advised Partners Group, majority shareholder, on its entry into exclusive negotiations with EQT Private Equity relating to the disposal of Cerba HealthCare, international leader in the medical biology sector.
Completion of the transaction remains subject to the obtaining of required regulatory clearances.
Linklaters previously advised Partners Group, and its consortium with PSP Investments, on their acquisition of Cerba HealthCare from PAI Partners in 2017.
