Linklaters advises Panattoni on lease terms for DHL Supply Chain and MidOcean

Linklaters has advised Panattoni, a leading industrial and warehouse space developer in Poland, on negotiating the terms of space leases for DHL Supply Chain and MidOcean. The companies have respectively rented logistics areas in Żerniki near Poznań, Greater Poland and Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III in the Silesian voivodeship.

DHL Supply Chain is the world’s leading contract logistics provider. The company will lease a BTS facility of 105,000 sq. m. in Żerniki near Poznań. DHL Supply Chain will handle logistics operations for Zalando to support distribution in a number of European markets, including Poland and Germany.

MidOcean is a company that produces personalized promotional products, textiles and business gifts across Europe. The entity has leased over 40,000 sq. m. in Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III. It will be MidOcean’s main European logistics and printing centre.

The lease terms were negotiated by Zuzanna Lipska, managing associate at Linklaters’ Warsaw real estate practice.
