Linklaters advised NREP, the leading Nordic real estate investor managing assets worth more than €10bn, on their first investment into the Polish PRS market. The investment entails more than 1 000 newbuilt units acquired from YIT and located in Warsaw. By 2025, NREP plans to deliver 10 000 modern homes in major Polish cities.
The transaction was led by Jędrzej Pałka (senior associate) and Zuzanna Lipska (managing associate) from the real estate team at Linklaters’ Warsaw office. Janusz Dzianachowski (partner) supervised the legal work.
