Linklaters advised Legrand on its new €600 million bond issue. The bonds have a 10-year maturity and a coupon of 0.750% per annum. They have been listed on Euronext Paris since 20 May 2020.
The net proceeds of the bond issue will be used by Legrand for the general corporate purposes of its Group.
