Linklaters advises La Caisse on the sale of its stake in the Delachaux Group

Linklaters has advised La Caisse (formerly CDPQ) on the sale of its 44% stake in the Delachaux Group, a global provider of engineering and high value-added industrial solutions with a strong technological component, to the family shareholders brought together within Ande Investissements.

Completion of the transaction results in Ande Investissements holding substantially all the share capital of Delachaux International, the holding company of the Delachaux Group.

The multidisciplinary Linklaters team comprised Florent Mazeron, Partner, Margaux Bognon-Küss, Counsel, and Estel Robert, Associate, in the Corporate/M&A.

The team also included Cyril Boussion, Partner in Tax, Thomas Elkins and Pierre Zelenko, Partners in Antitrust & Foreign Investment, as well as Fanny Mahler, Partner in Public Law, and Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly, Partner in Banking.
