Linklaters advises Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on the issue of CCF Holding’s Senior Preferred Notes

Linklaters has advised Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on the issue by CCF Holding of Fixed Rate Senior Preferred Notes for a total nominal amount of 200 million euros, with Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE acting as Sole Bookrunner.

The Notes are senior preferred obligations of the Issuer. The fixed rate coupon has been set at 3.875% per annum. The Notes will mature on 10 September 2028. Pricing took place on 3 September 2026 and the issue on 10 September 2026.
