
Linklaters has advised a manager on Capri Global Capital Limited’s inaugural US$300m international bond offering.
The offering comprised 7.55% senior secured notes due 2029 issued under Capri Global Capital’s US$1bn global medium term note programme. The notes were offered under Regulation S and Rule 144A and are listed on India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and NSE IFSC Limited.
The transaction represents Capri Global Capital’s first US dollar bond issuance and marks an important step in diversifying its funding sources across domestic and international capital markets.
Capri Global Capital is a retail-focused non-banking financial company listed on the BSE and NSE.
