Linklaters advises DEREIF SICAV-FIS on the €65m acquisition of the company owning the office building Bronze Gate We are pleased to have advised DEREIF SICAV-FIS on the €65m acquisition of the company owning the office building Bronze Gate, in the new part of the Cloche d’Or, quarter in Luxembourg City. Bronze Gate building is expected to receive the sustainable certification BREEAM as ‘Excellent’.
As part of this deal, we have worked with REInvest Asset Management S.A. which has purchased Bronze Gate, on behalf of DEREIF SICAV-FIS, from the developers Nextensa and PROMOBE.
