Linklaters advises BMO Real Estate Partners on its acquisition of a Trophy Asset located 71/73 Avenue des Champs-Elysées

Linklaters advises the pan-European property investment and asset management specialist, BMO Real Estate Partners (BMO REP), on its acquisition of a mixed-used asset located  71/73 on the Champs-Elysées. This is BMO REP’s first club deal in France and has been undertaken together with two German pension funds.

The asset is an Hausmann designed corner building, which comprises  5 700 sqm fully occupied lettable offices, as well as retail spaces across seven floors above ground and two basement levels.

The c. 1 600 sqm of retail space is let to luxury jeweller Dubail, the primary franchise retailer for Rolex in France, premium fashion brand Tara Jarmon and telecommunications company SFR. The office spaces on the upper floors are let to six tenants.
