
Linklaters has advised the international banking syndicate on the successful placement of a large-scale bond offering by the Volkswagen Group in the U.S. capital markets.
As part of a Rule 144A offering in the United States, the Group raised a total of US$3.05bn through five tranches issued by Volkswagen Group of America Finance, LLC.
All notes are guaranteed by Volkswagen AG.
