ANM Global has announced the merger of the practice of Noida-based Law SB with the firm, with its Founder Subhash Bhutoria joining as Partner, Intellectual Property, Sports, Fashion & Art Law.
Bhutoria will join ANM Global’s expanding Delhi NCR office in Noida and work with the firm’s existing partners to further develop its Intellectual Property, Sports, Fashion and Art Law practices. Law SB associates Anuja Negi and Ajita Awasthi will also join ANM Global as part of the integration.
An alumnus of National Law University, Jodhpur, Bhutoria has over 17 years of experience in intellectual property and related areas. His career includes stints with L&L Partners, DSK Legal, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and Lall & Sethi. He is a member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association and the FICCI IP Forum, and is associated with the World Crafts Council and the International Delphic Council. He is also an empanelled neutral with the Court of Arbitration for Art in the Netherlands and the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre.

The merger brings together ANM Global’s established practices across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad with Law SB’s specialist expertise in brand protection, IP strategy & litigation and the legal needs of the creative, cultural and sports sectors.
The merger was facilitated by the team of Legal League Consulting comprising Founder Chairman & Managing Director Bithika Anand and CEO Nipun K Bhatiaa.
Notably, the firm had announced the appointment of Jyoti Maheshwari as Partner in its Corporate, Fintech & Regulatory Advisory practice earlier this month, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities across corporate transactions, financial services regulation and technology-led businesses.
