RIB International and MTWO are group companies of RIB Software SE, a Germany-based global leader of digital transformation for building and construction industries.
Levtech Consulting Group, operating from offices in U.A.E., Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, US, Japan and India, develops, maintains and supports the delivery of their own cloud industry solutions for the international real estate industry and construction industry as well as asset management software for CAPEX owners based on Microsoft Dynamics Technology.
Link Legal, led by its corporate partner Ketan Mukhija, principal associate Amit Bhatnotra and associate Rupendra Gautam assisted RIB International from the preliminary stage and until the closing of the transfer. The scope of work involved assisting and advising on the definitive agreements, conducting legal due diligence of Levtech Consulting Services India Private Limited, highlighting the risks and advising on effective solutions to mitigate such risks in the transaction, and providing general advisory and assistance throughout the transaction.
