Matrix Adhesives Group, a TruArc Partners portfolio company and provider of advanced adhesive and sealant solutions for renovation and construction, industrial, commercial, and specialty applications, has announced that it has acquired IPS Adhesives, a provider of high‑performance adhesives serving building and construction, transportation, industrial, and marine industries, from the parent company of IPS Corporation.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented IPS Adhesives in the transaction with a corporate team led by partners Alex Kelly, Victoria VanStekelenburg, and John Miller, with associates Zach Lippman and Dallin Adams.
