Voyager Digital Ltd., a cryptocurrency platform, has announced that its operating company Voyager Digital LLC, selected US exchange BAM Trading Services Inc. (doing business as “Binance.US”) as the highest and best bid for its assets.
Latham & Watkins LLP is representing Binance.US in the transaction with an M&A team led by partners Robert Katz and Daniel Mun; a restructuring team led by partners Adam Goldberg and Andrew Sorkin; and a finance team led by partner Jenny Cieplak.
