Vital Farms, Inc. (Vital Farms), a Certified B Corporation that offers a range of ethically produced pasture-raised foods nationwide, priced its initial public offering of 9,303,977 shares of its common stock at a price of US$22 per share. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 31, 2020 under the ticker symbol “VITL.” The offering is expected to close on August 4, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
