Cummins Inc., a global power leader, completed an offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of .75% notes due 2025, US$850 million aggregate principal amount of 1.5% notes due 2030 and US$650 million aggregate principal amount of 2.6% notes due 2050. The 2025 notes will mature on September 1, 2025, the 2030 notes on September 1, 2030, and the 2050 notes on September 1, 2050. Interest will be paid semiannually in arrears on March 1 and September 1 of each year, beginning March 1, 2021.
