Latham & Watkins advised Tonic Games Group and its shareholders in the sale of its entire issued share capital to Epic Games Commercial UK Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Epic Games, Inc.
Tonic Games is the development company behind the hit sensation, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, which Epic Games will continue to invest in. The two companies share a mission to build and support games that have a positive impact, empower others and stand the test of time.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner and Silicon Valley partner Greg Roussel, with associates Laura Kichenside and Nick Fisher.
