Latham & Watkins Advises the Initial Purchasers on Hightower’s US$300 Million Senior Notes Offering

Hightower Holding, LLC has announced that it has priced an offering of US$300 million aggregate principal amount of 6.75% senior notes due 2029 (Notes) in a private offering. The Notes will mature on April 15, 2029. The closing of the Notes offering is expected to occur on April 21, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The Notes will be issued at par and guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by certain of the Issuer’s US subsidiaries.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos and Peter Sluka, with associates Hana Nah, Simon Cooke, Paul Rafla, and Jesse Lake. Advice was also provided on benefits and compensation matters by New York partner Bradd Williamson, with associate Anne Bracaglia; and on tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim, with associate Colleen O’Donnell.
