Latham & Watkins Advises TASKING on Acquisition of iSYSTEM

Latham & Watkins has advised TASKING, a leading provider of embedded software development tools, on the acquisition of iSYSTEM. iSYSTEM develops and manufactures embedded software development tools across five locations in Europe and the United States. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

TASKING is a portfolio company of FSN Capital. A Latham team represented the private equity investment company in the acquisition of TASKING.

The Latham team was led by Munich partner Rainer Traugott and associate Stephan Hufnagel, with associate Corinna Freudenmacher and Düsseldorf associates Jaschar Mirkhani and Juan Garcia Jacobsen. Advice was also provided on antitrust/FDI matters by Hamburg counsel Jana Dammann de Chapto, Brussels counsel Philipp Studt and Frankfurt associate Nicolas Jung; on finance matters by Munich partner Christian Jahn with counsel Ludwig Zesch; on tax matters by Munich counsel Ulf Kieker; on employment matters by Munich associate Kristina Hufnagel; on IP matters by Frankfurt associates Pia Sösemann and Daniela Jaeger and on data privacy matters by Frankfurt associate Jonas Kraus.
