Latham & Watkins has advised TA Associates (TA), a leading global growth private equity firm, on its definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in Hornetsecurity, a leading international cloud security and compliance SaaS provider.
TA will join existing investors PSG Equity, a leading growth equity firm, and Verdane, a European specialist growth equity investor, as well as the company’s management team.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Paul Dolman and Munich partner Burc Hesse, with Frankfurt partner Sebastian Pauls; Hamburg counsel Jana Dammann de Chapto; Munich associates Corinna Freudenmacher, Julia Schöfer, and Manuel Schmutzler; and London associates Gillian Bourke, Suneel Basson-Bhatoa, Aeneas Nalbantis, Zeynep Kocabas, and Mark Wagh.
