Latham & Watkins Advises Stuut on US$52.5 Million Series B Financing

Stuut, an AI-powered order-to-cash platform, announced that it has raised US$52.5 million in Series B financing. According to the company, the financing follows significant growth in adoption of its platform, which helps enterprises accelerate cash collection and improve working capital performance through AI-powered automation and analytics.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Stuut in the transaction with a team led by New York/Boston partner Stephen Ranere, with associates Michael Pioso and Saiyaz Kazi.
