
Lambda, Inc. (Lambda), the Superintelligence Cloud, has announced the closing of its US$1 billion senior secured term loan facility, the proceeds of which will be used to fund the purchase and deployment of GPU infrastructure supporting a committed customer deployment with an investment-grade offtaker.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the coordinating lead arranger, structuring agent, and bookrunner in the financing with a team led by partners Paul Bonewitz and Victor Ludwig, and counsel Josh Chao, with associates Eric Dang and Dorian Refloc’h with assistance from Ryan Ng.
