
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, and Columbia Capital, an investment firm focused on the digital infrastructure, enterprise technology, and mobility sectors, to acquire IPB Internet Provider in Berlin GmbH (IPB). IPB is a leading data center operator in Berlin. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
