Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the lenders on a €1.55 billion syndicated loan agreement for the international mobility service provider Sixt SE as part of a refinancing.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt Banking & Private Credit partner Sibylle Münch, with associate Verena Birke. Advice was also provided on capital markets matters by associate Tobias Müller; and on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker, with associate Henning Kleymann.
