RealBlocks, a technology platform that enables access to alternative investments, has announced a US$7 million Series A financing round, bringing its total investment amount to US$10.7 million. The round was oversubscribed and led by new investor Crosslink Capital. The new capital will allow RealBlocks to scale its business development and engineering teams as it races to meet accelerating customer demand.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented RealBlocks in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Boston partner Evan Smith, Boston associate Spencer Ricks and New York associate Andrew Modell.
