
PatientIQ, the patient outcomes intelligence platform trusted by more than 870 healthcare organizations and 17 million patients across the United States, has announced it has raised US$30 million in Series C funding. The round was led by Hughes & Company, a Chicago-based growth equity firm that invests in healthcare software and technology-enabled service companies.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents PatientIQ in the transaction with a corporate team led by Chicago partner Jana Kovich, with associates Omar Ammash and Camille N’Diaye-Muller. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Rene de Vera.
