Latham & Watkins has advised the arrangers in connection with a debut €535 million EUR Term Loan B and a €100 million revolving credit facility for AUTODOC, Europe’s leading online retailer of automotive spare parts and accessories.
As a result of the financing, AUTODOC successfully completed the share purchase from Apollo’s managed funds associated with its Hybrid Value franchise, which have led a minority investment alongside leading institutional investors.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Jonathan Brownson, with associates Phillipp Hagenbuch, Andreas Georgiades, and Prasanth Ramaswamy. German law finance advice was provided by Munich finance partner Christian Jahn, with associates Thomas Stüber and Jannis Strotmann.
