Credix Finance, a blockchain-based loan financing platform, has announced that it has raised an institutional round of financing from US$11.25 in a financing led by ParaFi Capital and Motive Partners. The capital raised will be used toward platform development, hiring and integration with other Web3 projects.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented ParaFi Capital in the investment with a team led by New York partner Jenny Cieplak, with Houston partner Ivana Rouse, Brussels associate Simon Troch, New York associates Akina Newbraugh and Nick Gonzalez and Brussels associate Thomas Milleville.
