Onex Corporation (Onex) (TSX: ONEX) has announced that Onex Partners V, Onex’ US$7.2 billion fund, has agreed to make a significant investment in Analytic Partners, Inc. in partnership with its founder.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Onex in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Chicago partners Shaun Hartley and Daniel Breslin, with associates Cierra Warren and Henna Jalal. Advice was also provided on finance matters by Washington, D.C. partners Jennifer Van Driesen and Scott Forchheimer, with associate Melissa Fabian; on tax matters by New York partner Alan Kimball; and on benefits and compensation matters by Washington, D.C. partner Adam Kestenbaum and Washington, D.C. counsel Laura Szarmach.
