ONEOK, Inc. has announced that it priced its previously announced public offering of 26 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of US$32.00 per share. ONEOK expects gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses, will total approximately US$832 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents ONEOK, Inc. in the offering with a Houston-based deal team led by partners David Miller and Trevor Lavelle, with associates Erin Lee, Ashlyn Royall and Ricky Alvarado.
