Latham & Watkins advised on TOQIO’s €8 million seed fundraising round led by Seaya and SpeedInvest, with Six FinTech Ventures participating.
Based in London and Madrid, TOQIO’s platform provides business finance applications in relation to digital banking, financial marketplace, and business intelligence, to SME customers.
The cross-border Latham team was led from London by corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Zoe Liu, and from Madrid by corporate partner Jose Antonio Sánchez Dafos, with associate Celia Vega-Penichet.
