Latham & Watkins advised the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners on the successful placing by Sanne Group plc of approximately 8.4% of its existing share capital, raising gross proceeds of c.£79.5 million. Sanne is a global provider of alternative asset and corporate services.
The proceeds of the placing will be used to support Sanne’s strategy of accelerating its growth through selected acquisitions, including the acquisition of STRAIT Capital Company Ltd, a leading North American private equity and hedge fund administration business. This is the sixth transaction that Sanne has completed in the last 12 months.
