Latham & Watkins advised on the sale of Melsoft Games to Moon Active, an Israeli mobile games company.

Melsoft, headquartered in Cyprus and with the majority of its employees in Belarus, has developed multiple mobile games in the genre of Resource Management with Family Island and MyCafe being their most popular titles.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner, with associate Stephanie Dellosa.
