
On June 5, 2025, Rocket Companies, Inc. priced an offering of US$2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2030 and US$2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2033 in a private offering under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 to eligible purchasers.
Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate team led by New York partners Corey Wright and Erika Weinberg, with associates Robyn Sablove, Alex Gulino, and Ana Carolina Andrade. Advice was also provided on employment matters by Los Angeles counsel Aryeh Zuber; on data and technology matters by San Francisco partner Robert Blamires, with associate Kathryn Parsons-Reponte; and on tax matters by New York partner Bora Bozkurt, with associates Sam Yang and Shiyi Parsons.
