Latham & Watkins has advised Bluegem Capital Partners, the specialist pan-European private equity firm focused on B2B and B2B2C consumer staples, on the sale of a minority stake in the firm to Lagfin S.C.A., Société en Commandite par Actions, the controlling entity of the Campari Group.
The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The Latham team was led by partner Cataldo Piccarreta, with associates Luca Maranetto and Nicola Occhipinti.
