Latham & Watkins advises on Reno de Medici’s bond issuance in connection with its acquisition by Apollo Funds

Latham & Watkins advised the initial purchasers on Reno de Medici’s (RDM) issuance of €445 million sustainability-linked senior secured floating rate notes due 2026, concurrent with a super senior revolving credit facility, in connection with the acquisition of RDM by funds managed by Apollo.

The Latham team was led by corporate finance partners Jennifer Engelhardt, Ross Anderson and Hendrik Smit in London, with associates Court Tisdale, Zahra Haji, Matthias Haberstig and Hayden Putre.

Advice was provided on Italian-law matters by Milan finance partners Marcello Bragliani, Alessia De Coppi and corporate partner Antonio Coletti, with Milan associates Maria Cristina Grechi, Sofia Caspani and Guido Bartolomei.
