Latham & Watkins represented the lead arrangers and lenders in connection with a US$5.515 billion senior secured term loan facility and US$300 million senior secured revolving credit facility and the initial purchasers in connection with a US$500 million senior secured notes offering, the proceeds of which were used to finance ICON plc’s acquisition of PRA Health Sciences, Inc., creating a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization.
