Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the €4.7 million seed financing round of Velaris, a London-based customer success and intelligence platform for B2B technology.
Octopus Ventures led the round, with participation from Zaka and Fintech 365.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Venice Ma.
