North Branch Capital (North Branch) has announced the final close of its inaugural fund, North Branch Capital Fund I, L.P. (the Fund). North Branch closed with LP commitments of US$132 million, exceeding its target and original cap.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented North Branch in the fund formation with an Investment Funds team led by New York partner Matthew Chase, with associate Jennifer Tian. New York partner Gregory Hannibal, with associate Lea Li, advised on tax matters.
