Latham & Watkins Advises Lindsay Goldberg in Strategic Investment in Alro Steel

Alro Steel has announced a significant strategic investment partnership with Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private investment firm that specializes in family‑owned and founder‑led businesses. Through this investment, Lindsay Goldberg will become the majority investor in Alro Steel. The Glick family, which founded Alro Steel in 1948, will retain significant ownership interest.
