
Latham & Watkins represented Epiris on the acquisition of LoneStar Group, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-performance fasteners, sealing products, precision-engineered components, and pipeline packages for the world’s industrial and energy markets. This is the second investment for Epiris Fund III following completion of the take-private of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc in November, which Latham also advised on.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Paul Dolman and Huw Thomas, with associates Edward Coates, Becky Eaton, Zaal Cama, and Michael Czarnota. Advice on financing matters was provided by London partner James Chesterman and counsel Tristram Gargent, with associate Alexandra Samsonova.
